Eligibility Criteria for the University of Sheffield International Baccalaureate Merit Scholarship
Candidates are advised to meet the following prerequisites to be eligible for the University of Sheffield International Baccalaureate Merit Scholarship:
- Students must be working toward or have previously earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
- A full- or part-time spot at the University of Sheffield’s undergraduate or foundation degree program must be given to the student beginning in September 2024.
- To be exempt from tuition costs, students must be able to pay the international tuition price on their own.
Selection Criteria
- The applicant has submitted examples of their leadership and excellence-exhibiting extracurricular, volunteer, and academic successes.
- The applicant has explained how these achievements connect to the University of Sheffield degree for which they are applying and how that connects to their long-term objectives.
