University of the Fraser Valley UFV International Excellence Entrance Scholarship in Canada for 2023
International students are officially encouraged to apply for the UFV International Excellence Entrance Scholarship to study at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in Canada for the academic year 2023–2024. Students with strong academic records are the primary audience for the competitive scholarship.

Every year, UFV International accepts more than 800 new students from more than 70 different nations. With several admission grants given out each year, UFV encourages academic success.
The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), originally known as the University College of the Fraser Valley and the Fraser Valley College, is a public university in Canada with campuses in the British Columbian cities of Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, and Hope. The Fraser Valley College was established in 1974 as a response to the towns in the Fraser Valley’s demand for greater vocational training. It was given degree-granting status in 1988 and changed its name to a university college. It expanded quickly and came to be one of Canada’s biggest university institutions as the University College of the Fraser Valley.
On April 21, 2008, the provincial government awarded full university status in response to the growing demand for higher education in the area and the province. There are now more than 15,000 students enrolled each year.

UFV International Excellence Entrance Scholarship – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the requirements below to be eligible for the UFV International Excellence Entrance Scholarship in Canada:
- Candidates must be enrolled at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in a degree program.
- Candidates must hold the necessary credentials to be accepted into a degree program at UFV.
- The requirements for admission include a commitment to upholding UFV’s norms and regulations as well as a willingness to do so.
- The scholarship is open to the top foreign students who apply to study at UFV in their senior year of high school or who have just graduated with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Candidates must have effective leadership and communication abilities.
Application Process for UFV International Excellence Entrance Scholarship
Online submissions are required for the Canada-based UFV International Excellence Entrance Scholarship. The recipients of this scholarship must be outstanding foreign students who are applying to study at UFV in their senior year of high school or who have just graduated with a minimum cumulative GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.75.
